The “Skunkanator” was called out to the Culver City area of Los Angeles for a skunk Removal. The skunks were getting in under the house and tearing up the insulation and stinking the house up really bad. The home owners daughter was sent home from school because she smelt like skunk. I set up five traps and the next day the traps were full of skunks. Five in total in one day. This is why they call me the “Skunkanator!” I specialize in skunk removal from under homes, sheds, and inside homes. I was also featured on the show “Dirty Jobs” on the discovery channel for removing skunks. Some would say I am immune to the smell, but I tell them…”to me, it’s the smell of money!” I tell people if you can’t see me coming, you can smell me coming! LOL! People ask me all the time “how do you get rid of the smell?” I use a product called “Skunk Off.” It works great! It was chemically made in a lab to eliminate the odor, not just cover it up! It is totally safe for humans, dogs, and anything else you need it for. I use it all the time! So if you have a skunk issue, you know who to call! I service most of Southern California from Los Angeles to Bakersfield. This week Animal Capture Wildlife Control was called out to Pacific Palisades because a homeowner woke up in the middle of the night with a terrible skunk odor in the home. I came out to do an under floor inspection and did not find any skunks under the home. That does not mean nothing is under there, they could have been hiding or not under there at that time. I set up some traps and she called me today telling me we caught a skunk in the trap. She was very happy the skunk was trapped right away. Job is on going to make sure there is no more skunks under the home…For more information on skunks under the home, skunk spray, skunks in Los Angeles, skunk removal in Los Angeles, skunk trapping in Los Angeles, skunk removal in Pacific Palisades, and skunk trapping in Pacific Palisades check out our website animalcapturewildlifecontrol.com or contact us at (310) 551-0901.

I was called out to a house in Los Angeles to remove a skunkthat was burrowing under the concrete next to a spa.  When I arrived, I noticed a lot of dirt around the hole.  This was a big burrow.  I set up one trap on each side of the burrow.  When I arrived the next day I found a skunk in the trap.  Not only was the skunk in the trap, there was five baby skunksall around the outside of the trap. I had to grab them all with my hands before they ran back into the burrow.  I was able to round them all up and get them in a separate trap.  I then took them to a place to relocate them so they could all be with their mom and grow up.  For the best in skunk removal Call Jeremy Bailey at (310) 551-0901 or check out our website animalcapturewildlifecontrol.com

My whole house stinks!”  I told him the smell was from outside and it will dissipate in a  day or two…Sure enough there was another skunk the next day and it sprayed again.  Anyways, two skunks removed and the job is ongoing…

Today I had a client call me and tell me I had a skunk in the trap I set yesterday.  I was called out to an apartment building for a skunk removal because the tenants were complaining of skunksmaking noise under the building and smelling up the whole complex.  Right away I found where the skunks were burrow under the building.  I found that the skunks were actually digging directly under the foundation from the outside and coming up underneath inside the building.  Skunks a really good diggers and it is very common for them to burrow under concrete and in some cases dig under the foundation.  Skunks also access under floorsby holes in the foundation vents around the home.  The common vent around a home is made of 1/4 inch hardware cloth.  It will deteriorate over time and will get so brittle, you could push your finger through it.  Another thing skunks do is find a vent that has a small hole in the vent and work at it until they are able to tear a big enough hole in it to have access.   I set three traps at the entry point incase there was more than one skunk and I caught one skunk the first night.  For more information on skunks check out our website animalcapturewildlifecontrol.com
