The “Skunkanator” was called out to the Culver City area of Los Angeles for a skunk Removal. The skunks were getting in under the house and tearing up the insulation and stinking the house up really bad. The home owners daughter was sent home from school because she smelt like skunk. I set up five traps and the next day the traps were full of skunks. Today Animal Capture Wildlife Control was called out to a residence in the Granada Hills area of Los Angeles. I had been trapping at this residence for a week now because the dog was attacked by a raccoon. Today they called me and told me I had three skunks in one trap. It is not uncommon to trap two animal in a trap at the same time, but three is pretty rare. These animal get trapped in the same trap together because they eat so close together. In this case it was a mother skunk and two of her babies. The skunks were taken to a nice place with plenty of water and food to grow up together and released.
