Skunk Removal In Santa Monica, Skunk Trapped In Santa Monica
Today I had a client call me out because she had a skunk in the trap I set yesterday in Santa Monica. I set up some traps around her home because she had skunks living under her home and tearing up the grass. These skunks tear up the lawn because they are eating the grubs and worms in the grass. The skunks especiallytear up sod that is new because it is loaded with grubs under the sod. The skunks roll it back like carpet and can destroy the sod so much so that you might need to replace it. I have people that stake chicken wire over the whole grass because the skunks tear it up so much. The skunks will just keep coming back until you trap them and get rid of them. Another thing about skunks is if they are under your home and have a litter, they are like salmon. The babies disperse out and when they are ready to have thier babies they come back to where they were born. So you definetly need to trap and get rid of them before they just keep multiplying. I trap and relocate the animals in the most humane way possible. We never hurt the animals.
